1. Nature of Services
All services offered, including Kundli Matching, Career Consultation, Numerology, and Vastu, are based on principles of Vedic astrology and spiritual guidance.
These services are not intended to replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Astrology is a subjective science; interpretations and outcomes may vary from person to person.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided (name, date of birth, etc.) is accurate and complete.
3. Service Delivery
Most services are provided digitally in PDF format or via email/WhatsApp within the specified timeframe:
Standard Delivery: 48–72 hours
Express Delivery: 12–24 hours
Live consultations are offered via Zoom/Google Meet/Phone depending on your selection during booking.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay or other integrated payment gateways.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Once the service is delivered, no refunds will be processed.
5. Booking & Rescheduling
Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and providing valid data.
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum 24-hour notice.
In case of missed appointments without prior notice, the session will be considered complete and non-refundable.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
We do not offer refunds once services have been rendered.
Refunds are only applicable in case of:
Double payments
Non-delivery due to technical issues
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
7. Confidentiality
All client information and birth details are kept strictly confidential.
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless legally required.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including reports, blog posts, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Ved–Arth.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ved–Arth and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental outcomes based on astrological advice.
You agree to use our services at your own discretion and responsibility.
10. Changes to Terms
Ved–Arth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
