Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ved–Arth, we aim to provide meaningful and personalized astrological guidance. Since our services are digital, made-to-order, and time-sensitive, we follow a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

1. Non-Refundable Services

• All astrology reports, consultations, and guidance once delivered are non-refundable.

• This includes services such as:

  • Personalized Kundli Reading

  • Kundli Matching

  • Numerology Reports

  • Career & Health Consultations

  • Gemstone/Rudraksha Advice

  • Vastu Guidance

• As these are custom-created for each individual based on birth details, they cannot be reused or resold.

2. Valid Refund Scenarios

We offer refunds only under the following valid conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same service, we will refund the excess amount.

• Failed Delivery: If the report is not delivered due to a technical error and we are unable to fulfill the service within the promised timeframe (after multiple follow-ups), a full refund will be initiated.

• Service Not Started: If the client requests a cancellation before work has begun and within 1 hour of booking, the refund may be considered at our discretion.

3. Invalid Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be entertained in the following cases:

• Incorrect or incomplete birth data submitted by the user.

• Change of mind after the booking is confirmed.

• Client dissatisfaction due to the outcome of astrological predictions.

• Missed consultation sessions without 24-hour prior notice.

4. Cancellation of Appointments

• You may reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are considered consumed and are non-refundable.

5. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds (in valid cases) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original source of payment via Razorpay or the respective gateway used.
